Chad,

Maybe you should check out the mappings, and verify that the two
applications are not the same. If there is no isolation between them,
there will also be a collision if they have the same application name -
this is probably what you are seeing.

By the way - you should probably consider moving the main Mach-II
directory off the webroot.

One good resource for any Mach-II related discussions is the Mach-II
mailing list at googlegroups!

Hope that works out, and good luck!

Cheers,
Hugo

|Subject: MachII Conifg.xml Problem
|
|My company has one server to run production websites and those same
|websites in a "beta". My server guy set up wwwroot with all the
|production site folders and within that is a "betasites"
|folder with all
|the production websites folders also included in there.
|
|We are running MachII, the main MachII folder is in the wwwroot folder.
|My problem is when I make a change on a particular site in the betasite
|folder that change is also displayed on the production site. I have
|checked numerous times to make sure the betasite folder is its
|config.xml file and the production server is pointing to its config.xml
|file.
|
|I even print out the MACHII_CONFIG_PATH inside the MachII/mach-ii.cfm
|file and then call up the production and betasite and the correct path
|is being displayed for each, but changes on the betasite are
|still being
|displayed on my live site.
|
|Is there any setting that would keep the XML file cached?
|
|PLEASE HELP
|
