Chad, Maybe you should check out the mappings, and verify that the two applications are not the same. If there is no isolation between them, there will also be a collision if they have the same application name - this is probably what you are seeing.
By the way - you should probably consider moving the main Mach-II directory off the webroot. One good resource for any Mach-II related discussions is the Mach-II mailing list at googlegroups!
