Dale... The ColdFusion.navigate functionality is only case-sensitive because Javascript is a case-sensitive language. So when CF creates javascript code, it has to abide by the requirements of that language.
Cutter and I have disagreed about case before as well. His logic about case being an issue when migrating between OS is sound in all but one way. If the OS itself didn't implement case-sensitivity then code wouldn't have to either.
