There is a windows installer you can download from subversion to do the install. Then you can use http://tortoisesvn.net/ to run it through windows or you can use it within Eclipse. <a href="http://www.jimpickering.com/blog/index.cfm/2007/8/21/Installing-and-Configuring-A-SubversionSVN-Server-on-Win2003";>Here</a> are instructions for setting it up.
