I don't believe that cfschedule is the tag for the job. CFschedule lets you schedule, run or delete events. What events are currently scheduled are not accessible by cfschedule.
I took a look at the administrator API's in <webroot>/cfide/adimapi and checked the descriptions of them but I didnt see any methods available to get the scheduled events. You may want to look again yourself I didnt look at every cfc in the directory but if its there you should be able to do it, provided your sandbox security allows it.
