Yeah, cfpdf lets you set the password and security access. i.e. keep them from printing. In addition to the obvious print screen, it is up to the individual pdf viewer to choose to obey or ignore the security flags in a PDF. That means Adobe Acrobat disables the print button, but dozens of other free PDF viewers let them do whatever they want. There are actually utilities out there which will remove all security from a PDF for you if you "forgot your password".
