The download should be easy enough. Make them login to access their
downloads and IF they have the rights(if they've paid), serve the file(s) up
via cfcontent. This way your actual 'product' can be stored outside of the
webroot so no one stumbles on the files.
With a little createUUID() magic, the links could be used once and become
inactive so they aren't shared etc...

Things like this and the simplicity of creating them are another reason that
sys-con is full of crap! :-)
