I am using the FCKEditor with a lot of modifications to it (download the CFM 
file from the FCKEditor's site, using CFFM for the file manager). From an 
earlier post, it looks like Adobe knows about the issues and will be working on 
some sort of fix in the future to at least make it easier for us.

As for when the update will be released... only Adobe knows. :P
