That's actually a standard trick with downloads - the browser thinks that
it's the file with the last name but the server finds the template name and
runs that template.
http://www.myDomain.com/myTemplate.cfm/filename.csv (or whatever extension
you want)

Kinda nice trick, especially if you use CFContent to tell it what type the
file is also
