You have to do some digging. Firebug can be your friend, showing you the 
stylesheet (ext-all.css). The web developers toolbar (Firefox plugin) 
can help you know "what's what", and you can include your own overriding 
stylesheet, defining different images to use. Source .png files are in 
the server to assist you in creating your own images.
