I run an international site, and I have been encountering errors in code =
from some international browsers that work fine in US browsers (both IE, =
just different languages). It has been very frustrating because I can =
not repeat the error. The foreign browser returns a field name as =
PAGETITLE+AAA and the US browser properly returns the field name as =
PAGETITLE.
=20
I think I have tracked down the error to the way the text file or =
received by the browser. One of my users in my Singapore office =
encountered problems with loading some graphics and sent me the HTML. =
Viewing the code in my US browser created the same error. Viewing the =
code in a text editor I discovered that the same line was contained =
different code.

In US Browser:

<img src=3D"images/al_buttonsQuick_search.gif" border=3D"0" >

In Singapore browser:

src+AD0AIg-images/al+AF8-buttonsQuick+AF8-search.gif+ACIAPgA8-/A+AD4-

Does anyone know the reason that this would occur and more importantly, =
since I can't control the browser used, is there some way I can =
anticipate and correct the problem? Is there a way to detect how the =
browser is receiving the code?

Any and all help would be appreciated.....
