How To Determine Logged In Users

Just wondering how I can go about coding so I can determine the names of those members 
who are currently logged into my website. At the moment I can determine the number of 
persons logged in and their ip addresses however I am wanting  to try and take it to 
the next step so that I can see who exactly is logged in
