I am running CF v8. I'm running Apache on the server (this is only a development machine). The problem has only strtaed since I was playing with CF Reporting Tool. Prior to this everything was working properly. I'm not in front of the machine in question at present. When I am I will outline everything. The site still works when I browse to the site, its just the connecting to access the database via RDS. Its odd.
