How well do you know .NET? How well do you know CF? It seems like any
estimate you provide will be predicated entirely on the answers to those two
questions.

Forget about .NET for a minute. If someone showed you the application, how
long would you estimate that it'd take you to build it from scratch (minus
the database schema)? How about if you were given pseudocode for the entire
application?
