We had a similar problem. But our IIS-web-server didn't requireup (memory) this high. It just hung and stopped working. Sometimes I had to manually restart IIS. Adobe gave us support on this issue. But couldn't really solve the issue. I changed from 6.1 to 7.x Afterwards it was gone. I am convinced it is the connector the IIS-JRUN-Connector. Keep looking for this first.
