You may have to edit urlscan.ini, but I'm pretty sure they're otherwise compatible. With CF5, you couldn't specify an alternate server name; that limitation may still apply. I would recommend that you deploy on a newer version of Windows if possible, though, since default IIS security is much better on newer versions.
