Is there a way to encrypt and decrypt XML on the fly. I'm building a small cms, and want to store the login information in an XML file. I need to be able to read An encrypted file, do the typical login/password check and leave the file encrypted on the server, to keep it away from prying eyes. Why XML, I want to make a totally portable CMS, kinda plug and play.
