If someone didn't know C++ and they do know CF, they'll probably use CF.
One instance I could think of would be reading headers off of an MP3 file.

I haven't ever used this and can't think of any situation where I would.
Anyone know of a case where I may need to read a binary file with CF rather
than C++?
