Because it sounds like the cfform scripts aren't being found - the form
would still submit but none of the cfform generated js would run. I'm
assuming there aren't any other required fields in this form that are being
checked?

 /CFIDE   C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CFIDE
Other than that I don't have a mapping.
