It turns out that, the server did not have any version of the Java JRE 
installed.
So I downloaded and installed JRE 1.5 (java 5), since after some googling, I 
read about some problems with Java 6 (JRE 1.6).

Once I downloaded that to the server, I was able to run the CF Administrator.
