Something is not clear: why does it has to be done in PHP since 
apparently it is not done yet,
and you seem to do not know how to do it?

As far as "redirect is concerned, you may use <CFLOCATION

Now for the question about how to do it in PHP, you would have more luck 
in some PHP group I suppose.
