If you have any interest in Java I strongly suggest No Fluff Just Stuff.
Honestly even if Java is not your thing it really offers a good wealth of
content not Java specific like agile programming, OO concepts, Functional
Programming.  The sessions are just like the title no fluff just straight
into a subject and good discussions. My favorite part of NFJS is it is a
traveling conference so generally there is no travel budget (as they visit
many of the major cities in the US) and the others in attendance are from
the area so its a good local networking experience.
