Sometimes you need to drop in a table with some funky rowspans or something, and Dreamweaver makes it extremely easy to get a table set up exactly how you want it without having to go back and forth between the editor and the browser.
When you add up all the time spent going between applications it becomes rather significant over the long haul. And, what about the casual designer who might want to use CF to add in a contact form or the like.
