I'm not a fan of the visual interface of Eclipse. It looks as if the authors either didn't take the time, didn't care or purposely avoided making Eclipse look like a native Windows application. There is little, or no, use of common Windows icons for Open, Save, Print, Search, etc. The visual aspect of an application does have some influence.
