CFCHART is static at create time; it can't change it's backing data. My FlexChart utility (http://www.barneyb.com/flexchart/) can change not just the data, but also the entire structure (5-series line chart, to a pie chart, to a 3 series column chart). It's all XML driven, which makes it a snap to use with whatever technology.
