Rob, you must've been looking at the old specs.. cuz here's the ones for Excel 2007 http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel/HP100738491033.aspx Worksheet size: 1,048,576 rows by 16,384 columns So maybe it IS a library limitation that hasn't been updated for the new options.
