I agree with the idea but not really the method. You can "develop for standards" with IE and with FF: it's just a matter of actually knowing the right way to do things. When you do take advantage of a browser-specific feature (even if it's a standard only currently implemented in one browser) you need to realize that and accept the consequences. All browsers have their quirks and bugs - deal with them in whatever order you like after you've written good code. ;^) Jim Davis ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:296590 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4
