I do not know about Dreamweaver, but I prefer the no frames version too. For older tags and functions I often use the 6.1 version. It is quicker to load and does _not_ use frames. I have even resorted to disabling javascript occasionally ;) It would be nice if they offered a FRAMES | NO FRAMES version like the java docs.
