Well, it's more a auto complete than anything. If you have aptana installed, and even if you are in cfeclipse perspective, start typing a tag like <table and it will present table options. Only odd thing is the <a href > tag which seems to be a bit strange. If you have changed "Insite Delay" under cfeclipse editor properties, you may not see these auto complete options.
