Hi: Is there any Coldfusion forum ready to use application which I can translate the basic content and it supports UTF-8 content? Basically I want to translate the whole forum to work in the language of target so if it has some Change Language option which usually contains the English text in a file which I can translate the whole text in one file and the whole Forum changes it will ideal but even if it hasn't such an option but has easy structure which I can find the text and translate them it will great too.
