Given the complexity of licensing options under this "cloud" platform (?), perhaps it would be a good idea for Adobe to configure a number of servers with Coldfusion and then just bill users for the time instantiating them, much like Amazon is doing.
The whole Amazon EC2 concept looks incredibly powerful...
