No really. Go to your CF install dir and look for webcharts.bat under
charting
On my box it is
C:\ColdFusion8\charting\webcharts.bat

I wonder why Adobe/MM keeps this under wraps.

CF chart is rather limited in functionality but there are ways around that.
There are always work arounds to most everything.
