Heh. The asterisks were placed in by Gmail's editor, to signify bold. I was merely attempting to highlight the "key words". After I sent my reply, I found that other people had already answered the question. For some reason the thread didn't stay together in my Gmail account, so I thought I was answering an unanswered question. Unfortunately I didn't reach out quickly enough to pull the email back in.
