A follow up... I setup a test ftp site on a WINDOWS 2003 box and cfftp CAN SEE the file fine.
Solaris UNIX 5.8/8.0 intel version is the server I am connecting too, I CANNOT SEE files created on the 29th using cfftp. WEIRD.
