Being the author what's to say you didn't look at it before it was encrypted? It just seems like overkill to me and pointless... but if you wanted to encrypt it then the end users would need to decrypt it... so they would need a decryption key... which they would of course get from you... and again their only guarantee that you didn't look at it is your word.
