I've used a few. Most AV software comes with a command-line scanner. The
last time I needed to scan incoming files on a web server, I either used
Kaspersky or F-Prot. I integrated them both, and one ended up being a bit
easier with infected file handling. I don't remember the exact case or which
one was better.
