I *could* have him try the Apache route, yea.  The problem is that we want
our developers to be running the same server/CF combo that is running on the
dev server (which is the same as staging, which is the same as prod, etc),
so as to avoid any indiscrepancies in our overall development environment.
(The small [i guess big now] difference of IIS 5.1 to IIS 6.0 on the servers
vs. dev machines).

Weirder thing is, I have three developers working the same setup as he, yet
he is the only one with the problem.
