Michael, You have to have access to the CFIDE directory. If you view the source on the page you have listed, you will see that it is looking for some JS in this directory. Copy the directory from your development theme to your hosted site.. You don't need the whole thing I don't think, but this is what I have done, because then I know that everything is there.
