You can use Fiddler for IE or Live HTTP Headers for Firefox, or a
packet tracing tool like Wireshark. However, if you are going to do a
lot of work in Flex or Air, buy ServiceCapture since it can parse out
AMF traffic, which these other free programs don't do. If you never
use Remoting, then the free programs I mentioned work well.
