I've got a little problem with cfchart. When I try to print a page with a chart on it, the printed version often results in a box that says "Image Expired please refresh the page to view the image" instead of the chart.
There is a technote that says this happens on clusters, and I am clustering, but the solution listed is to use sticky sessions, which I am using. I found another forum post suggesting that changing the timeout values in the webcharts3d.xml file would help - but it doesn't seem to - I tried setting the minTimeout and maxTimeout to 300000 (the default was 5000 and 30000). One suggestion I got was to save the chart to a file and use that instead, which works except I lose the image map component that allows users to mouseover parts of the chart and see a tooltip detail. -- Rick Root New Brian Vander Ark Album, songs in the music player and cool behind the scenes video at www.myspace.com/brianvanderark ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Adobe® ColdFusion® 8 software 8 is the most important and dramatic release to date Get the Free Trial http://ad.doubleclick.net/clk;160198600;22374440;w Archive: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/message.cfm/messageid:301573 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/groups/CF-Talk/subscribe.cfm Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.4
