In my latest Coldfusion Application for Educational Entities, I have a
need to include an XMLRPC Service as soon as a user has logged in. This
XMLRPC Service is used for a One Time Password Authentication Server
that I am trying to evaluate to see if it will work within our
Non-Existent Educational Budget so coming up with a proof of concept to
sway a budget line item is needed.

I have all of the information but can not figure out how to create the
request to pass on to the XMLRPC Service so I can decompile the returned
result. Anyone have Docs on this. The XMLRPC Service is from
services.mypw.com/RPC2
