David: This is what I was getting:
An exception occurred while trying to read the image. File d:\web\docs\........\18105\100_0690.JPG does not exist. The error occurred on line 102. It would say that for almost any filename... I never could find a reason why it would do that on some but not all. I don't have the exception info for why it was dying when there were lots of files to process; I've rolled back to 8.0 so I can't rerun to get it again. Hey Hermant... any word on the YUI-related issue I found too? My main concern is that it isn't a bigger issue than it appears. If copying over that /yui/build/calendar folder is all it takes to fix it, that's cool.
