To the best of my knowledge, there are no native CF portal applications that conform to either of the common portlet standards (JSR-168, WSRP). The Adobe Labs project supports the creation of portlets conforming to the WebSphere API supported by WebSphere Portal Server, which is proprietary and quite different from JSR-168.
