I think probably you're right. Readers are not supposed to infer my comment of // ignore data capture, which means, I've already taken care of validation data capture after validation at each interval/form sending via ajax call. Also, the idea of not using the exising "form group" with tabs is to further eliminate error/misundertanding possibility (when you have only one form in front of you/user at any given point of time).
