You don't need the full blown install to do this, however it's going to be a completely manual process. The only thing that's not reflected in the kb entry is that IIS6 now uses a wildcard ISAPI reference. It may help you to configure a webserver locally on the ColdFusion box, and then mirror these settings on your DMZ server (from the IIS standpoint). Or, even better, create the website locally and just save the site for import into the DMZ.
