Basically, you can do like:

SELECT * FROM tableX
WHERE tableXId IN (#listOfIds#)

With cfqueryparam that looks like

<cfqueryparam cfsqltype="cf_sql_integer" value="#listOfIds#" list="true">

You'll also need ArrayToList().
