How long ago was that? I have a php site with them, the mail can take awhile but it is dependant on the mail server load? Haven't noticed too many problems lately, the only problem was one site was down for a few days because it wasn't renewed otherwise it isn't too bad.
But hey, like people are saying you do get what you pay for. With my php site they have been very good, but on some issues they have taken a long time... I guess it depends on what they consider a priority...
