Not Automatically. On some apps we use our own custom tag to send email
and in that we can log the entire text of the email.

My experience is that when you say "Log all email messages sent by
ColdFusion", it does LOG each email in the CFUSION\MAIL\LOG\Messages.log
file. It logs the time, date, TO, From, and Subject.
The CFAdmin page doesn't say WHAT will be logged. They just have a
different definition of the word "all" where they think it means "each
email is logged", not "the entire text of the email is logged".
