CF can actually be bundled within the EAR, along with your application, and
deployed on your J2EE server. Of course, this would require two licenses,
assuming you're going to run CF on both the original server and the new
server.

You can't deploy CF Standard as an EAR or WAR.

Where do you think clustering happens now? When you use clustering in CF's
multiserver version, you're using JRun clustering.
