If we are speaking of an HTML table, I want to add that clicking a
standard HREF link will not necesarilly open a doc file in Word.
I believe I have both browsers (Netscape and IE) set to prompt before
downloading, or opening, any files.
If this is intranet-based application, you may have more control over
your user's environment than you would have over mine.
