Is there any way of avoiding long running coldfusion requests when users download files? At the moment they are coldfusion requests because I want to hide the location of the file from the user so i do the following:
<cfheader name="Content-Disposition" value="attachment; filename=#GetFile.file_name#"> <cfcontent type="application/unknown" file="#path##GetFile.file_name#" deletefile="No"> This ties up the request.
